After years of competing at the highest levels of the sport, our founder recognised a shocking truth. Coxswains are not given structured, formal development. In response, Cox Coach was built to combine Olympic expertise with deliberate design, to provide the vital clarity and progression coxes deserve.
Used by leading programs
Forward-thinking schools and rowing programs began integrating Cox Coach into their environments. Structured development created clarity for coxswains and alignment within coaching teams. What began in Australia expanded steadily into international markets.
Recognised for innovation
Our approach has been recognised within innovation communities and by the Australian Government. In 2025, Cox Coach received the top prize at CBRIN’s Innovation Competition and secured an Innovation Connect grant.
Scaling globally
Today, Cox Coach operates across nine countries, supporting leading schools and collegiate programs. The platform continues to evolve, expanding its presenter network and refining its development pathways.
